Notes

This volume contains a community history of the following localities in east-central Saskatchewan’s Rural Municipality of Hudson Bay #394: Clemenceau, Erwood, Etomami, Etoimami, Greenbush, Hudson Bay Junction, Kakwa, Prairie River, Red Deer Lake, Reserve, Veillardville, and White Poplar. The book begins with historical overviews of each locale as well as sections on homesteading and settlement. Topical chapters on local churches, school districts, organizations, businesses/services, and industry (especially sawmills, logging, and bush life) also appear. Family histories contributed by area residents make up the majority of the text. Includes index and Honour Roll.
