Refund policy

Terms:

  • All items are guaranteed to be as described.
  • Items are eligible for return within a period of five business days of receipt.
  • Please contact us before you initiate a return. 
  • Items shipped to a Canadian address are subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST).
  • We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
  • Any refunds will be issued back to your original payment source/method. 
  • Please allow for up to 14 days from the time of the refund, for the funds to be reflected in your account (processing times can vary, depending on your payment method, bank, country, etc.).
