Notes

Community history of the Stockholm settlement, located in southeast Saskatchewan within the boundaries of the Rural Municipality of Fertile Belt No. 183, marking seventy years from initial settlement in 1886 to 1956. The volume traces the founding and development of the village and its surrounding district, settled predominantly by immigrants from Sweden. The volume records the growth of local institutions, agriculture, churches, schools, and the community civic life.

While a small number of resident profiles are included, the work does not present extended family histories.
