This volume comprises a community history of the village of Parkside and six surrounding school districts: Bygland, Cameo, Hilldrop, Honeywood, Ordale, and Spruce Glen (all located in Saskatchewan’s Rural Municipalities of Canwood #494 and Leask #464). Each locale receives its own section in the book, and each section includes maps and historical overviews of local settlement, schools, churches, and noteworthy events. Each section’s largest component, however, is family histories contributed by area residents. Includes Honour Roll and index.
