Documented is his journey from Europe to Utah and finally to Stirling, Alberta, his missionary work, and the lives of his four wives: Marie Elizabeth Nageli Brandley, Margaret Keeler Brandley, Rosina Elizabeth Zaugg Brandley, and Emma Biefer Brandley. Together they had 23 children.
