Fields of Prosperity : A History of Englefeld 1903-1987

This volume contains a community history of Englefeld, Saskatchewan (a village in the Rural Municipality of St. Peter #369). The book's first section includes historical overviews of the area's churches, schools (including Bunker Hill, Chelton, Diamond Willow, Early Dawn, Englefeld, Greenside, Korbel, and Mintern), recreation and leisure opportunities, and rail and telephone services. Much of the volume consists of family histories contributed by area residents. An Honor Roll and 75 pages of photographs follow the family history section. Laid in are two unbound pages of family histories - perhaps mistakenly left out during binding.
