Notes

Dr. Cawsey’s Veterinary Remedies, Ltd. appears to have been a short-lived enterprise. A search of the Henderson’s Directory for Regina (1915–1935) reveals a single listing for the company in the 1921 edition. A Dr. Cawsey is recorded as an inspector with the Dominion Health of Animals Branch in the 1918–1920 directories; however, no listing appears under that name in the 1921 or 1922 editions. In 1923, an H. S. Cawsey is listed as affiliated with Standard Stores, 2065 Albert Street. By 1930, a Dr. H. G. Cawsey appears as a livestock promoter with the Provincial Government (note the discrepancy in middle initial). No listing for a Dr. H. S. Cawsey appears in the directories from 1931 through 1935.
