Cordwood and Courage : 1911-1982 Paddockwood

This volume collects the community history of Saskatchewan's Rural Municipality of Paddockwood #520. It opens with a history of the village and municipality of Paddockwood, an Honor Roll, and a description of the local Red Cross Hospital Outpost (the first built in the British Empire; includes a list of children born therein). The bulk of the book contains family histories of area residents. The volume concludes with chapters covering local schools, churches, sports teams, clubs/organizations, and cemeteries (includes a list - with birth/death years - of those buried in Paddockwood Cemetery, Howard Creek Cemetery, and Moose Lake Cemetery).
