Notes

As the Carrot Flows is a local history of the hamlet of Fairy Glen and the school districts of Argus, Belgrave, Carrot River, Clapton, and Dover, in central Saskatchewan near the city of Melfort. Portions of the area fall within the boundaries of the Rural Municipality of Willow Creek No. 458. The book is organized by district, with each section opening with a concise historical sketch followed by family histories of local residents. A separate chapter is devoted to veterans of the World Wars and the Korean conflict. The volume includes an Index.
