Notes

Incorporated in Alberta in 1914, Alberta Petroleum Consolidated Limited represented one of the many early ventures formed to explore the province’s emerging oil and gas potential. The company undertook little active development and remained largely inactive through the following decade. By 1929, its operations were formally wound up and the firm liquidated.
