The first address, "A Venture in Indian Education," was presented to the Council of Ministers of Education in Regina, Saskatchewan on June 23, 1972. The second, "Minority Children and the Role of Government," was delivered at the World Federation for Mental Health Symposium in Tucson, Arizona on November 29, 1972.
