This booklet constitutes the second iteration of the Saskatchewan Minor Baseball Association's (SMBA) rules and regulations governing leagues and tournaments. The volume contains the SMBA's constitution, executive member list, and by-laws, as well as local league rules (for sandlot, bantam, midget, and juvenile leagues), provincial championship event regulations, and lists of SMBA trophy winners 1953-1959.
