Notes

Star City Pioneer Days chronicles the founding and early development of Star City, Saskatchewan. Settlers arrived around 1898–99, with Walter and Mrs. Starkey establishing the first post office and store. The townsite was surveyed in 1904, and by 1906, Star City was incorporated as a village with 109 residents, later growing into a town. The book highlights pioneer life, the role of agriculture, local businesses, and community organizations in shaping the town's identity.
