A continuation of the earlier community history From Then Until Now, compiled by the Celebrating the Land History Book Committee. As stated in the Introduction:

“Celebrating the Land is a sequel to From Then Until Now. It is meant to be a continuation of the original book as well as include histories that may not have been included therein. The Celebrating the Land History Book Committee agreed to use a similar format to the original book. For easy reference we have included the page number that each history is referenced to in From Then Until Now.”

The volume is organized into eight parts: the six divisions of the Rural Municipality of Mountain View No. 318, along with the settlements of Herschel and Stranraer. Each section contains district anecdotes, community notes, and family-contributed histories—some newly added, others expanding upon or referencing entries in the earlier volume.
