Notes

A literary anthology assembled to mark Saskatchewan’s Golden Jubilee, bringing together poetry, fiction, and narrative prose that reflect lived experience of the province. Edited by Carlyle King, long-time head of the University of Saskatchewan’s English department and a prominent advocate of Canadian literature, the volume draws on excerpts from novels, poetry collections, and historical writings. Contributors include writers from across Canada who, at various points, had personal or professional connections to Saskatchewan.
