Dust jacket age-tanned, with significant tear to front panel and extensive moisture staining. Unrelated to the content - the blank front endpaper signed by the late Allan Blakeney, Premier of Saskatchewan from 1971 to 1982, and the late Sid Buckwold, long-serving Mayor of Saskatoon (1958–1963; 1967–1971) and subsequently appointed to the Senate Of Canada (1971–1979).

A history of the settlement of Edenbridge, a former village established by Jewish settlers, located northeast of Melfort, Saskatchewan. The volume outlines the founding and development of the community, with attention to its institutions and local life. Approximately one-third of the work is devoted to family histories of early settlers.
