This pamphlet collects four speeches delivered by Canadian Pacific Railway personnel at the Canadian Pacific Officers’ Luncheon Club during the 1935–36 season. J. Murray Gibbon, General Publicity Agent, presented “Rt. Hon. Lord Mount Stephen, G.G.V.O. An Address On The First Canadian Pacific President and his Place in the History of the Company's Organization and the Building of the Line Across Canada.” George Hodge, Manager, Department Personnel, delivered “Sir William C. Van Horne, K.C.M.G. An Address on The Story of His Contribution to Canadian Pacific History.” D. C. Coleman, Vice-President, contributed “RT. Hon. Lord Shaughnessy, G.C.V.O. An Address on The Era of Canadian Pacific Development during which Lord Shaughnessy held the Presidency and Chairmanship.” The final address, “The Canadian Pacific To-day. An Address on Recent Railway History in Canada and the Present Position of the Company,” was given by Sir Edward Beatty, G.B.E., K.C., LL.D., Chairman and President.
